Óscar Flores (born November 13, 1976 in Mexico City) is a Mexican actor, director, translator and dubbing adapter. He is known for his ability to encompass different types of voices.
He is recognized for being the voice of Number 1 in Codename: Kids Next Door, Lazlo in Camp Lazlo, Ice King in Adventure Time, Meatwad in Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Eddy (2nd voice) in Ed, Edd n Eddy.
In addition to his career in dubbing, he has served as host of the program Toonlandya, el mundo y las estrellas de voz on the web radio station Digital Media Radio along with fellow actors Carlos Segundo and Carlos Olízar.
He studied acting and voice-over for several years in the State of Guanajuato, and ventured into some plays; he debuted in voice acting in December 1998 thanks to Tena Curiel, who was his dubbing teacher. Gaby Willer gave him his first opportunity to record his first 6 loops at the now defunct Producciones Salgado, and he also worked as a production assistant at TV Azteca.
