Notes[]

  • Vigdís Pálsdóttir was originally chosen to be both the speaking and singing voice of Cinderella, but Disney found that her voice sounded too young in the songs, Þórunn Lárusdóttir was then chosen to be the singing voice, but Vigdís was not informed of the change and only found out about it when working with Þórunn, and was upset about it. She also found it direspectful that Þórunn was uncredited.[1]
