Trivia[]
- Each dubbing produced of the film by Elbrusoid had a voice actor saying out the localized title. For instance, the founder of the organization, Rasul Atmurzaev, was the voice announcing the title in the Karachay-Balkar version.
- This is one of three earliest dubbings Elbrusoid produced in the year of 2005, while a spoken release date for them are unknown currently, the other two dubbings in the set include Раз, два — дружно! and Ивашка из Дворца пионеров. These early dubbings mark an important milestone in Elbrusoid's dubbing history, showcasing their early efforts to bring foreign content to the local Karachay-Balkar audience.
- This is the first ever Elbrusoid dubbing to spawn 3 seperate dubbings of the film in Abaza, Ingush and Nogai languages years after.
- Simba (at young age) and Shenzi were voiced by much older men, them being Artur Khuchinaev and Rustam Botashev.
- After the reverted change of the original obsolete Elbrusoid website, the film's dub was reuploaded in March of 2013 in much lower quality audio, primarily due to technical limitations in preserving and transferring the original high-quality audio files during the website transition.
- This is the first Elbrusoid dubbing to use the 2003 Special Edition footage of the film, thus the song The Morning Report was dubbed, despite merely poor attempts as a first from the organization. The Abaza dub also managed to dub the song, albeit not to the best of their ability.
- The end credits music used is an instrumental of Mingi Tau, except sped up by .15x. Later dubs from 2006 to 2011 used the original pitch and speed of the instrumental.
