Вінкс (also known as Клуб Вінкс: Школа Чарівниць in the title voiceover during season 1 and Вінкс клуб on YouTube) is the Ukrainian voice-over of Winx Club. It has previously aired on Inter, Pixel TV and TET; it is available on YouTube. This dub voices over Cinélume's English dub for seasons 1, 2 and 4, the French dub for season 3, and Atlas Oceanic's English dub for season 5.
Despite being a voiceover, most songs - as well as recaps, previews, and the entirety of episode 102 - are "properly dubbed", without another language in the background. However, in season 5, the songs are not dubbed and the recaps and previews are voice-overed. Although this dub was used when Pixel TV aired season 5 and is the version available on the official YouTube channel for that season, when it aired on TET, this voice-over was replaced with a lipsync dub which would then continue for seasons 6 and 7.

- Alongside voicing in the Ukrainian lipsync dub, some of the cast of this dub also voice in the Nickelodeon Russian dub, due to that dub also being produced in Ukraine. In particular, Kateryna Butsʹka reprised her role as Bloom for the specials and seasons 3-5 of the Nickelodeon Russian dub and voiced Roxy in the Ukrainian lipsync dub.
- Seasons 1-4 of this dub's scripts were translated from the STS Russian dub, despite the dub being voiced over the English and French versions.
Errors[]
- In episode 103, “Under the Sign Of Winx” and “The Girls of the Winx Club” are left in English despite being dubbed.
- In episode 105, “The Girls Of The Winx Club” is played over “Lightning Magic.”
- In episode episode 102 and 106, the song “Combat Power” is left undubbed.
- It is only dubbed in episode 107.
- In episode 121, the songs “We Girls Are The Winx” and “Combat Power” are left in English despite being dubbed.
- In episode 201, “Sun Will Rise” is played over “We’re Back Again.”
- In episodes 206 and 207, “The Girls of the Winx Club” is played over “I’m Crazy For You.”
- In episode 307, “Magical Bloom” is played over “Like A Princess.”
- In episode 309, “Got To Go” is played over “I Won’t Ask For More.”
- In episode 312, despite being dubbed in other episodes, "We Girls are the Winx" and "Enchantix" are left in French for the second group transformation.
