Заботливые мишки. Добрые истории is the Russian dub of Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-lot. The dub premiered on Karusel in Russia in the year 2017; it would continue to air on the channel until 2019. Four segments are also available to watch on the official Care Bears YouTube channel, having been uploaded in 2019.

- Unlike in most countries, Karusel's dub of Welcome to Care-a-lot premiered before this dub.
- Almost all of the actors reprise their roles from that dub, with the exception of Yelena Shul'man, who was replaced by Lina Ivanova as both Cheer and Share Bear.
- The YouTube upload of Tell-Tale Tummy accidentally duplicates the instrumental during the intro, with both instrumentals playing at different speeds and going off-sync. The episode itself lacks this problem.
