- Most episode titles in the first season, as well as part of the second season until the episode "Sailor Mouth", are taken from the dub.
- Thus, the localized names of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy are used in the first season and replaced by more literal translations starting in season 2.
- The only exceptions within that era are "Arrgh!", which is called Йо-хо-хо! (Yo-ho-ho!) instead of Карамба! (Caramba!) and "Employee of the Month", which had its title literally translated as Работник месяца instead of Лучший служащий месяца (The Best Servant of the Month).
Errors[]
- No title is given to the episode "The Pink Purloiner", and a voice-over reading the "Jellyfish Fields" sign that shows up at the start of the episode is heard in the title card instead.
