Спондж Боб Квадратни Гащи is one of several Bulgarian versions of SpongeBob SquarePants. This version is a voice-over. It has previously aired on Diema Family, Super7 and TV7.

Diema Family[]
Спондж Боб Квадратни Гащи debuted on Diema Family's children's block on September 3, 2007. The first 6 seasons were dubbed. The dub stopped airing on April 4, 2011 with the cancellation of this block and the rebranding into a more female-oriented channel.
Super7[]
In 2010, Super7 began airing Спондж Боб Квадратни Гащи as part of a license with Nickelodeon.
Like many other Diema Vision dubs aired on Super7, any reference to Diema was edited out, most notably in the theme song and credits. When the show was aired on Diema Family, the theme song and credits were re-recorded every episode. However, on Super7, the same edited theme song and credits were used in nearly every episode.
It has previously aired on Super7 and TV7. Seasons 7 and 8 aired on Super7 as well. This time the dubbing was handled by Super7 themselves, therefore the theme songs and credits were no longer edited. The last episode of season 8 was aired in 2014.
On September 17, 2016, the media group that owned Super7, Crown Media EAD, went bankrupt, and Super7's license to air was taken down. Thus, Спондж Боб Квадратни Гащи stopped airing.

- The scene in "Just One Bite" where Squidward triggers a security system leading to two gas explosions, which was censored from broadcasts in the US and most other countries from January 2002 onwards, is retained in this dub.
