מועדון ווינקס is the Hebrew dub of Winx Club. It premiered on Arutz HaYeladim in Israel in 2004, where the entire original run of the series aired, alongside the four one-hour specials; the series aired on the channel until 2012. For seasons 5-7, due to the acquisition of the Winx Club frachise by Viacom. the dub moved to Nickelodeon from 2012 until 2015. For season 8 in 2020, due to Nickelodeon having a lack of involvement in the production of this season, the dub moved again to KidZ.

The dub is also known under the stylised name of Xמועדון ווינ, which is always used in its logos.

Notes[]

  • Like most international dubs, Aisha is renamed Layla (Hebrew: ליילה) for unspecified reasons.
  • The logo, title cards and ending credits are always localised, and the opening themes are left textless.
    • In the season 1 opening, the texts that appear for the names of each of the Winx are localised into Hebrew, but instead of using textless assets to do this, the original footage is used, with the original texts blurred out and the Hebrew texts placed directly over them. In the specials, the original names are retained, and the Hebrew text is placed above them. In both instances, the credits that appear throughout the sequences were still omitted.
    • In the season 3 and 4 intros, due to the studio not recieving textless assets, all footage in the opening theme songs where text appears is replaced with other scenes. This also occurs in the season 4 ending credits, where footage of the season 1-3 ending credits is used instead.
    • The ending credits for seasons 1-4 and 6 feature the original Winx Club logo, instead of the Hebrew-localised one.
  • As with most Hebrew dubs, the dub is always aired with open captioning over the footage.
    • This leads to season 5 being permanently 4:3 letterboxed, as the episodes were mastered in that format and cropping the black bars off would cut off the captions.
  • Almost all of the songs were dubbed into Hebrew. However, "The Girls of the Winx Club" was left as instrumental in the seasons 1-2 ending credits, despite being dubbed in episode 103 when Bloom is buying a dress. Additionally, the dub of the season 3 ending credits song "If You're a Winx" has never been released in its entirety, due to the ending credits being shortened.
  • The ending credits are shortened in the first three seasons of this dub. As a result, Episode 215 does not have the special ending in this dub.
  • The song "Like A Ruby" from episode 508 uses a recomposed instrumental due to the background music having the English version intact.
  • Several transformations had their names localised into Hebrew:
    • Enchantix was translated to Mehushafot.
    • Believix was translated to Ma'aminot.

Errors[]

  • In episode 503, the last line of the acapella for Believix is edited improperly, so the singer can be heard saying "Winx!" while Brandon is running to save Stella.
  • In episode 615, the acapella for Mythix is placed at the wrong time in the episode, causing it to not play during the transformation, but instead while Selina and the Trix talk.
  • In episode 807, the acapella for Cosmix is misplaced and plays while the Winx are talking about Orion betraying them for Valtor.
