بن 10 is the Arabic dub of Ben 10. Produced by Venus Centre, it was first premiered on Spacetoon in 2008. When Cartoon Network launched in the Middle East in 2010, it acquired this dub rather than producing their own in Lebanon; it would later go on to broadcast on MBC 3, Ajyal TV and Qatar TV. This is the only Arabic dub in the franchise to be produced in Syria.

Trivia[]

  • This series is the only series in the Ben 10 franchise to be dubbed in Syria. All other productions (TV series and movies) were dubbed in Lebanon, with the exception of the 2016 reboot, which was dubbed in Egypt.
  • The name of the series and franchise is a transliteration of the original English name, hence the number '10' is not translated, and it's pronounced as 'tin', an approximation of 'ten'.
  • Various fragments of this dub can be found on the official YouTube channels of Cartoon Network MENA, although they are often confused with the reboot of the series, although they can be easily distinguished because the channel usually includes the phrase "Ben 10 Classic" in the thumbnails.
  • Ajyal TV airings feature the intro in widescreen format.
  • The fourth season had a couple of notable changes:
    • The image quality had changed from the first 3 seasons as the studio had fully switched to digital for editing.
    • The episode title cards were changed from the episode number to the title in Arabic.
    • The writer and director were credited in spite of them being uncredited prior to season 4.
    • The English title was also added into the localization, despite this being the Arabic dub, and it later be removed and replaced by the Arabic title text in the next series by another studio (every Ben 10 series from Alien Force to Omniverse were localized into Arabic by Image Production House, and had their title text changed from English to Arabic).
    • The fourth season changed the format to have the cold open start before the intro like in all other versions of the show, but it caused the part to be skipped as the prior three seasons didn't have the cold open.
    • The first part of the theme song is from the original version of the song rather than their cover of that song, which uses a custom instrumental.
