سونیک: دوست یا دشمن (or simply سونیک) is the Persian dub of Sonic Underground. This dub uses a Sonic Underground DVD as a base, meaning only four Knuckles the Echidna-themed episodes were ever dubbed.

Notes[]
- This dub is incomplete, as only four episodes were dubbed, those being: "Friend or Foe?", "Flying Fortress", "No Hedgehog Is an Island", and "New Echidna in Town". These are all also episodes that focus specifically on Knuckles the Echidna. This is because the DVD "Secrets of the Chaos Emerald", which has only those episodes in the set, was used to dub the series.
- This also explains the title of the dub being entirely different from the original; it is named after the first episode on the DVD set.
- When the narrator reads out the title however, it is just simply "Sonic" (سونیک).

- Despite being a show where the songs are a central theme, the songs are not dubbed. Instead, a synth instrumental called "Autobahn" by Dutch composer Ed Starink, which emulates the wedding music "Here Comes the Bride" (itself having nothing to do with the core themes of the show whatsoever) replaces the songs entirely as the footage plays as normal. There is one peculiar exception, however:
The version of the opening used only in "Friend or Foe?".
- The full Persian opening of the original Sonic Underground theme song was never released, and this snippet is all that was ever made available to the public.
- Despite all of this, the ending credits song remains intact from the original and untouched.
