سبؤينج بؤب is one of several Central Kurdish dubs of SpongeBob SquarePants. It has previously aired on Pêlistank TV.
This version is the original dub that was later redubbed.
Broadcast history[]
سپۆنج بۆب started on Pêlistank TV in 2012 and started broadcasting with a different dub with entirely different voice actors until 2016. In that year, season 1 was redubbed, and season 2 and 3 were dubbed. Unlike the redub, this dub illegally dubs over the Arabic version and takes heavy inspiration from it, while the redub illegally dubs over the English original and takes heavy inspiration from it.

Trivia[]
- Although the original dub had long ended, the voice actor for SpongeBob in the original dub was used in this video and this video, both uploaded by Pêlistank TV on 2019-05-09 (although they were actually produced in 2015).
- From 2012 to an unknown time, Komall HD broadcasted music videos centered around SpongeBob. They featured Rozhgar Qahar, this dub's voice actor for SpongeBob, singing in a SpongeBob costume, and were commonly shot at children's festivals, such as Kurdistan's Quran Festival. Channels iBaby HD, Srusht HD, and Dahen Channel have also played these performances.
