فینیس و فرب is one of several Persian dubs of Phineas and Ferb. Produced by Glory Entertainment, a random assortment of episodes were dubbed and released by TDH Home Entertainment on three separate DVDs. It was also added onto the Iranian streaming service Filimo in 2018 and removed in 2023, but it is still available on TDH Films and Telewebion Plus.
Like a great majority of Persian dubs, it is unofficial, as it was not licensed by Disney. Like the Persian Toon dub, the theme song is not the same as the original, and has a completely different tune depending on the DVD; sometimes it would have a stock summer-like soundtrack, other times it would have a stock Christmas theme. The episodes themselves would also typically have entirely different sound effects and music.
Unlike the Persian Toon dub, this version dubs the songs, albeit with different instrumentals. A simplistic localized logo exists on DVD covers.
Censorship is commonly present in scenes where female characters are showing the skin of their arms, legs or are in bikinis. They are edited out by either cropping 'immorally dressed' female characters out of shots, or replacing the shots that include them with previous shots that take place in the same scene.
Candace Flynn is often a victim of this censorship, since she is usually edited to have short sleeves and a longer skirt. Some shots simply just crop out her legs or her body entirely. However, this censorship can be quite inconsistent at times, since there are scenes where Candace and other characters are not censored at all.
