قارچ خور: برادران سوپر ماریو is one of several Persian dubs of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Produced by Soren Studio, it was released on streaming services on April 28, 2023, and later in theaters on May 29, 2023. A VIP theatrical release took place on May 13, 2024.

- This dub was made based on a recording of the film made directly from a theater, therefore much of the background music and sound effects sound in low quality, for that same reason, the text and credits to the voice actors are taken from the Latin American Spanish dub.
- Said recording does not include the first few seconds with the opening logos, so a fan-made version was used that reuses the Universal Pictures logo used in Minions and a Nintendo logo made with stock renders.
- The last part of the end credits are also missing from the recording, so they were not included in the dub either.
- Unlike the official dubs, the songs Holding Out For A Hero and Take On Me were dubbed.
- Take On Me had already been used in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, which also received a dub by Soren Studio, however, in that case it was left in its original version.
- For the Mario and Luigi plumbing commercial scene, a completely different song and lyrics were used instead of the Plumber Rap.
- In this dub, the voice actor of Giuseppe does not attempt to make an imitation of Charles Martinet's voice, nor does the character say "Wahoo!" at the end of the sentence; The joke was not faithfully adapted from the original.
- In some scenes, sound effects from the original video games were added, which were not present in the original version.
- Despite the fact that the first half of Peaches was dubbed, the second half that appears after the credits was left in English, although it was eventually dubbed in newer releases .
- In the original version, when the characters use the blue mushroom, a filter is added to their voices to sound higher pitched. In this dub, the characters' voices were left unchanged.
- As the studio has done before, an alternate version of the dub was made when the film is officially released in good quality in order to replace the music tracks and sound effects, this being the reason why the limited theatrical release of the dub is taking place after the confirmed HD release date.
- Sanaz Gholami does not reprise her role as Princess Peach in this dub after voicing her in the Persian dub of Super Mario World, despite the fact that she still works for Soren Studio; Instead, she is voiced by Shohreh Roohi.
- The name "قارچ خور" (Mushroom Eater in English) had already been used for illegal copies of Mario video games distributed in Iran.
- The dub was originally planned to get a theatrical release on May 15, 2023, however it was delayed to May 29.
- In keeping with the theme of the film, guests at the VIP theatrical release screening were given free mushroom soup.
