- 22 episodes of the series (such as the "レイトン教授と秘宝レリクス" story arc) were skipped in the dub, bringing the episode total down to 28. These episodes were likely cut due to content.
- Ratman is completely removed from the dub.
- In episode 46 (26 in the dub), references to Mintan's love for Emiliana are removed. However, a scene where the former is chasing the latter in the background is kept intact.

Notes[]
- Only the first intro and credit sequences are used in the dub. Furthermore, they are left instrumental.
- The credits sequence also reuses the intro's music. However, episodes 27 (17 in the dub) and 38 (21 in the dub) leaves the original credits theme intact (also an instrumental), likely due to an error.
- The "カトリーの ミニコーナー" segments, alongside the episode previews at the end, are cut from the dub.
