おそ松くん is a Japanese anime comedy television series based on the manga of the same name by Fujio Asatsuka and the second animated adaptation of said manga following the 1966 anime by Children's Corner and Studio Zero. The series was directed by Akira Shigino and produced by Studio Pierrot. The series revolves around a group of sextuplet brothers who cause all sorts of mischief. The series ran on Fuji TV from February 13, 1988 to December 30, 1989 for 86 episodes.
