まじかる☆タルるートくん is a Japanese anime television series based on the manga of the same name by Tatsuya Egawa. Produced by Toei Animation, the series was directed by Shigeyasu Yamaguchi with Yoshiyuki Suga handling series scripts, character designs by Masahiko Okura and music by Seiji Yokoyama. The series focuses on the adventures of a outcast 5th grade student named Honmaru Edojo whose life is changed forever when he summons the great wizard Taluluto and become friends, but things change when Rivar tries to eradicate Taluluto to divert the attention of fellow young wizard Mimora. The series aired on ABC, TV Asahi and other stations from September 2, 1990 to May 2, 1992 for 87 episodes.
