コボちゃん is a Japanese anime television series based on the manga of the same name by Masashi Ueda and the second animated adaptation following two specials released in 1990 and 1991 resoectively. The series was directed by Hiromitsu Morita and produced by Eiken. The series focuses on the life of a young boy named Kobo Tabata as he enjoys his life growing up with his parents. The series aired on Yomiuri TV from Ocotboer 19, 1992 to March 21, 1994 for 63 episodes.
