ブルーズ・クルーズ is the Japanese dub of Blue's Clues. It has previously aired on Nickelodeon and BS12 TwellV.

Broadcast history[]

ブルーズ・クルーズ first premiered on Nickelodeon on 2004 -04-03,^[1] and continued to air there until the channel's closure on 2009 -09-30. When the channel relaunched as an OTT service on 2018 -01-30, it was one of the first programs to be broadcast.

In addition, the dub has also been broadcast on BS12 TwellV as part of their former ニコロデオンひろば (Nickelodeon Square) programming block, first airing on 2009 -01-05. ^[2] It aired every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30pm, with the Japanese dub of Rugrats airing in its place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Streaming[]

ブルーズ・クルーズ is currently available to stream on Amazon Prime Video^[3] and FOD^[4], and was also previously available on Yahoo's Gyao! service for a short while, alongside the Japanese dubs of fellow Nickelodeon series SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer.^[5] At one point, the dub was also available on Hulu, but currently only the original English version is available.

It has been confirmed from the SkyPerfecTV guide magazine that as of April 2005, up to Episode 92 had been broadcast.
Episodes 29 to 83 were skipped leaving the part of the second and fourth seasons undubbed and skipping the third season entirely.
- Despite this, clips from "Blue's Big Costume Party" were shown in a Nick Jr. promo from the 2000s.
Despite having dubbed episodes up until the fifth season, only the first season and eight episodes of the second season have been released digitally.
