ラプンツェル ザ・シリーズ is the Japanese dub of Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The dub first premiered on Disney Channel in Japan on August 26, 2017 at 11:30; the first episode had previously aired as a sneak peek on August 11, 2017 at 19:30[1]. Its run ended on September 11, 2020.
The series later premiered on Dlife on September 22, 2017 at 17:30, following the dub of Before Ever After having premiered on the channel months earlier on May 14, 2017. The series also aired on TV Tokyo from April 5, 2020 to March 28, 2021; interestingly, the channel ended the series at the episode "Rapunzel's Return" and did not broadcast the rest of the season. Currently, the dub is also available on Disney+.

- Shoko Nakagawa, who performs Rapunzel's speaking and singing in this series, previously performed the speaking voice of the character in Tangled; the singing voice of Rapunzel in the film, Mari Okonogi / 小此木麻里, did not return.
- Hiroshi Hatanaka, Yōhei Tadano, Shinichi Ishihara, Hideki Tanaka, Miyuki Tsurugi, Hajime Iijima and Makoto Okada also reprise their roles as Eugene Fitzherbert, Shorty, Big Nose, Vladimir, Mother Gothel, Sideburns and Hook Hand, respectively.
- Haruki Sayama, who previously voiced the Captain of the Guards in the film, voices King Frederic here.
- The voice of teen Eugene, Tasuku Hatanaka, is the son of the voice of adult Eugene, Hiroshi Hatanaka.
- Unlike most of the dubs of the series, the title of the dub was not changed in season 2; it is also one of the only dubs in which the logo was not adapted to fit with the change of the title of the original version.
