- Shennio Lin, the singing voice of Elsa in the first film, did not reprise her role as Elsa as she underwent vocal cord surgery in 2018. She was replaced by Jasmine Tsai.
- Likewise, Janet Hsieh, the speaking voice for Anna in the first film, was replaced by Tseng Shih Chun here.
- Unlike most other dubs, the Ahtohallan Voices were re-dubbed and didn't reuse the 2013 recordings from the first film. Hans and the Duke of Weselton's original voice actors reprised their respective roles, but the new voices of Young Anna and Elsa (Sun Yu-Tong and Mu Hsuan-Ming) dubbed their lines instead.
