寶石戰士Steven (also known as 寶石戰士) is the Cantonese dub of Steven Universe. It premiered on ViuTV in Hong Kong on June 12, 2018, airing until August 8 of the same year. Only season one had aired. Then, the series was released onto Netflix Vietnam (through the Cantonese audio track). As of now, the entire series is on Max.

Censorship[]
- In Laser Light Cannon, in the scenes where Steven and Greg transport the Laser Light Cannon to the beach, the cable used as a rope was blurred for unknown reasons.
- In Giant Woman:
- The scene when Steven and Amethyst jump on the bridge were cut possibly for being too dangerous, also cutting parts of the song "Giant Woman".
- This remains uncensored in the Netflix release.

- In Cry for Help, Pearl and Garnet’s fusion dance was cut.
- Like most of Asia, this dub skipped the episodes of the arc of "Heart of the Crystal Gems".
- Despite the censorship, all episodes were dubbed and most of the unreleased episodes (Except Reunited and Your Mother and Mine) were made available through Max on November 19, 2024.

- The names of the characters' remain the same as in English. This is likely due to Hong Kong's bilingual status, and controversy over renaming characters using Cantonese pronunciations of what were originally Mandarin names. They sometimes say some common nouns that can be confunded as names in Cantonese, though.
- There are some exceptions with characters like Lion (獅子 / si1 zi2). The term "Crystal Gems" is translated as 寶石戰士 / bou2 sek6 zin3 si6/2 lit. "Gem Warriors", explaining the series' name.

- Hitomi Lai Wan Fan (賴芸芬), the voice of Peridot, Blue Diamond, Alexandrite, Holly Blue Agate, Rhodonite and Pink Pearl, is also known as by her real name as Lai Ting Yan (賴亭甄).
