神風怪盗ジャンヌ is a Japanese magical girl anime television series based on the manga of the same name by Arina Tanemura. Produced by Toei Animation, the series was directed by Atsutoshi Umezawa with scripts by Sukehiro Tomita.
The series focuses on Maron Kusakabe who discovers the angel Finn Fish and gives her a task: if he dosen't get enough power by the turn of the millenium, he would disappear. Kusakabe must become the titular Phanton Thief Jeanne to hunt demons hidden inside work of art.
The series aired on TV Asahi and other ANN stations from February 13, 1999 to January 29, 2000 for 44 episodes.
