風船少女テンプルちゃん is a Japanese anime television series produced by Tatsunoko Production. They take Shirley Temple as the inspiration by the main character, Temple herself. It previously aired on Fuji TV from October 1, 1977 to March 25, 1978.

The story focussed to a girl named Temple, once upon a night she founds a cloud-child names Fuwatto on her bed and try to ask her to go for a walk with his balloon. But unfortunately, they both are lost cause the wind that makes the balloon flying uncontroled by Fuwatto.

After they caught they are lost in the next morning, there are 4 herds who running and founding the balloon landed near of their sight and they 4 are trying to hiding from the Boss and his 2 minions that abuse Tam Tam and his 3 friends. The balloon flying again so the Boss and the minions won't caught them again. After that Tam Tam and his friends also wanna helping Temple find her home and through many adventures.
