괴짜가족 괴담일기 is one of two Korean dubs of Gravity Falls.

- All voice actors from the first version have been replaced except for Mabel, Stan, and Old Man McGucket.
- Dipper received a vastly different voice actor in the first Korean dub, who was voiced by Jang Min-hyuk / 장민혁 and was faithful to the original English version's comparably mature tone for his age. A higher and more youthful voice was provided by Kim Myung-jun / 김명준 for the character in the this dub. This was received with polarizing responses, as he sounded closer to a standard young boy just before hitting puberty.
- Unlike the first Korean dub, this dub has many adaptations and name changes; this received polarizing reception by South Korean fans due to its clumsy quality and sense of localization.
- Some fans prefer this dub over the first because of its slightly more natural translation of characters' voice lines and songs compared to the first dub. Some voices for many characters, such as Wendy and Soos, sound more similar to the English version.
- The Pines family is localized as the "Song family", which is based on a Korean family name "송" (Song), whose meaning and pronunciation are shared with the Chinese letter "松" (Pine Tree).
- Dipper and Mabel's first names are changed to 미수 (Mi-soo) and 태리 (Tae-ri), which is a pun based on Mystery Twins.
- Stan and Ford were renamed to 불퉁 (Bultung) and 울퉁 (Ultung), respectively. Both names are a pun based on the local adjective 울퉁불퉁 (Ultungbultung), which is used to describe something bumpy and uneven.
- Soos and Wendy were renamed as 백만득 (Baek Man-deuk) and 나신비 (Na Sin-bi), while Gideon became 구진상 (Gu Jin-sang), based on the word "진상부리다" (jinsang burida), meaning 'making troubles' and 'making a fuss'.
- Gravity Falls was localized as 수수께끼 마을 (susukkeki mauel; translated as 'Curiosity Town'), and the Mystery Shack was translated as 오싹오싹 가게 (ossakossak gage; 'The Creepy Shop').
- A majority of the name changes for the characters, such as Gideon Gleeful or Stan Pines, were based on physical appearances or characteristics.
- This dub includes onscreen localization for English text, but they were poorly received for frequent errors and oversights, such as text being stuck with a single font regardless of the scene, recolored scenes without details, and edits that were only applied for easier scenes to edit. These localized screen edits from the dub weren't included on Disney+.
- Some of the lines were partly edited or entirely replaced — mainly word puns or lines related to criminal activity.
- Fans believe that the reason for the redubbing and clumsy localization work was due to censorship. Unlike Season 1, Season 2 has more inappropriate content for South Korean children (which includes references to the end of the century and religion), so it is assumed that it was deliberately localized and re-dubbed to meet censorship guidelines. The first dub already cut down several scenes from some Season 1 episodes (a part of Mabel's Smile Dip hallucination and several scenes from Headhunters, for example), leading the Korean fanbase to assume that the channel was afraid of being unable to meet local censorship standards and keep its initial rating of '12' (intended audiences of 12 years old or older). Therefore, a complete heavy re-localization for the show was made, and the dub retained its initial rating. The Korean version of Disney+ retains its rating of '12' in South Korea.
- At first, Disney+ offered this dub in Season 1 while Season 2 retained the older dub. However, the first season has been unavailable in South Korea since December 17, 2021 due to censorship issues. The South Korean version of Disney+ currently offers the entirety of Season 2 with Korean audio from this dub, while the shorts utilize the first dub.
