Edits[]
In the Blue's Clues related business book Blue's Clues for Success: The 8 Secrets Behind a Phenomenal Business, author Diane Tracy briefly talks about the Korean adaptation and some of the changes that were made in order to better appeal to a South Korean audience.
One of the examples mentioned was the removal of forks, as they are not commonly used within the country, aside from certain foreign dishes that require it like steak or pasta.
Another example Tracy talked about was in the episode "What Was Blue's Dream About?". In the original American version, Steve dreams about being a rockstar, while for the Korean adaptation, the host dreams about being a traditional Korean dancer with a tasseled hat.[2]
