- While Red Velvet member Wendy reprises her role as Poppy from Trolls World Tour, Branch's VA is once again replaced, with the character having previously been voiced by Rowoon in World Tour and Park Hyung-sik in the first film.[2]
- Kim Bo-na and Kang Eun-ae, who voiced Delta Dawn and Legsley in the previous film, voice Bridget and Velvet here, with the former replacing Kim Ha-young from the first two films.

- Sin Yong-woo (Spruce) had previously dubbed Daveed Diggs in Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur as the Rat King.
- Kim Hyun-wook (Floyd) was the voice of Branch in the Korean dub of Trolls: The Beat Goes On!
