Broadcast history[]
The Korean dub was first aired on Champ TV and ANIONETV on June 6, 2005. The second season was aired in July 17, 2006. The dub was generally faithful to the original Japanese version. For example, the Mermaid Princesses were called "マーメイドプリンセス/Māmeidopurinsesu". In the Korean dub, they were still called "머메이드 프린세스/Meomeideu Peulinseseu" which is a literal romanized translation of "Mermaid Princesses." A cassette tape was released in Korea featuring all the Korean Pure songs (including Kodou).
