Notes[]
- Unlike the majority of Albanian dubs, seasons 2-3 were legally produced and authorized by Paramount. The first season was illegally produced.
- Iroh's name isn't pronounced like in English, but rather like in "Eeroh".
- Starting with the second season, the voice of Aang's voice actor, Krist Thimjo, is more mature.
- Songs are dubbed, although the lyrics aren't adapted and they're poorly performed.
- Starting with S02E06, "The Blind Bandit", episodes start with "Previously on Avatar" segments. Depending on the sound technician and other factors sometimes archived recordings are used. Whoever is the current voice of Roku (likely coincidentally) reads the text up to S03E04; from S03E05 Ahmet Pasha reads it despite not voicing Roku anymore. In S03E21 it's read by Vladimir Saliu.
- The main intro was redubbed several times. The original version is used in episodes S01E02-S01E20. The second intro is used in S02E01-S02E10, the third intro from S02E11 to S03E20, the fourth intro in S03E21. All intros except the last one use the same script.
- S03E21 was dubbed much later than the other episodes, this resulted in many characters getting recast, translation again losing consistency, and even changes in the voices of the same actors.
- Joo Dee is voiced by the Marsela Lena in both dubs.
- Ty Lee in S03E15, Kya, Actress Aang, June in season 3 are voiced by Anisa Dervishi in both dubs.
- Devis Muka, who plays Actor Sokka here, plays Sokka in the second dub.
- Ozai in S03E21 is voiced by Ervin Bejleri in both dubs.
- Iroh in S03E21 is voiced by Xhelil Aliu in both dubs.
Errors[]
- Unlike the second dub, the translation isn't based off the script. It's instead based on what the translator hears, and this causes mistakes. "Yip-yip" is translated "hip-hip", "Zhao" is translated "Zao", "Sozin" is translated "Solzan" or "Sozan", "staff" in some cases is translated "sende" which means "objects" (presumably "staff" was mistaked for "stuff") and "blasting jelly" is translated "lëndë e bekuar" which means "blessed substance" (presumably "blasting" was mistaked for "blessing"). Some of those are eventually fixed.
- In the second season, the translator changes. The Fire Nation is now referred to as "The Fire Tribe"; bending was referred to as "doing mastery" or "controlling" and benders as "masters" in the first season, while now bending is referred to as "subujugating". Toph's nickname for Aang is "Këmbë-ndriçues", which means "glowing-legs" or "glowing-feet", "glowing" in this context being a wrong translation of "twinkle". Several new translation mistakes are introduced, and not just where confusing words are present. Translation is often inconsistent even within the same episode and waterbending, earthbending and airbending are often mistaked with one-another. There are also Albanian grammar errors.
- In the third season the translator changes again. Some terms are kept the same as in season 2, while others are sometimes the same and sometimes different (i.e. Fire Lord sometimes being referred to as "Fire God" and sometimes "Fire King", or "Fire Nation" sometimes being referred to as "Fire Tribe" and sometimes "Fire Nation". Eventually "Fire King" and "Fire Tribe" terms are kept.). "Twinkle Toes" is initially completely avoided in the translation (eventually it reverts back to "Këmbë-ndriçues") and so is bending, which is misunderstood (in S03E02 "stop bending" is translated as "stop bowing", in S03E03 "waterbender" is translated as "Water Tribe resident"); this is corrected in S03E06, in which bending is translated literally, as "breaking" or "subujugating". In later episodes it's referred to as "maneuvering", then it reverts back to "subujugating" in S03E16. (in S03E21 it's "breaking" and "bending"). The translation continues to have many mistakes and inconsistency.
- Smellerbee is mistaken for a male in season 1, to be fixed later in season 2.
- When Aang is in the Avatar State, his voice isn't combined with previous Avatars, except in S01E20 with Roku's.
- There are several undubbed parts in S03E16-S03E20, left with only m&e, sometimes including even dialogues.
