Aya Hirano (平野 綾 Hirano Aya) is a Japanese seiyū and singer of J-Pop and J-Rock born on October 8, 1987 in the city of Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.
She has worked on various anime, graphic novels, series, and television commercials in Japan. Her big break came when she played the voice of Haruhi Suzumiya , the main character in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya , whose ratings success allowed her to demonstrate her talent to a wide audience. She also highlighted her interpretation of Konata Izumi in the famous anime Lucky☆Star , also with her role as Lucy Heartfilia in FAIRY TAIL and also participating in the cast of Death Note giving her voice to Misa Amane.
She had a contract with Space Craft Produce, a branch of Space Craft Group, for her seiyū career, 2 and in relation to her facet as a singer with the company Lantis, 3 companies with which she stopped working in 2011.
Since August 2011 and until August 2022, the agency that is in charge of managing her career as seiyū is the Grick company.
