Barbara Ratthey was a German actress and voice actress.

Barbara Ratthey received her training in Berlin at the Max-Reinhardt-Schauspielschule (Max Reinhardt Acting School). The city was also the focus of her theatre work; in particular, she performed at the Schillertheater (Schiller Theatre), the Theater am Kurfürstendamm (Kurfürstendamm Theatre), the Vaganten Bühne (Vagrant Stage) and the Kleines Theater am Südwestkorso (Little Theatre on Südwestkorso). From 1966 she worked as a voice actress.
On 18 October 2009, Barbara Ratthey died at the age of 69 in a Berlin hospice after a long illness.
