Barbara Tissier is a French voice actress and dubbing directress. She is notably the French voice actress of American actresses: Cameron Diaz, Jennie Garth, including the voice of Rhona Mitra, Julie Ann Emery and Raven-Symoné.

In animated medias, she is notably the voice of Dot from Animaniacs, Jessie from the Toy Story franchise, Princess Fiona from the Shrek franchise, and Granny from the Looney Tunes franchise.
