Censorship[]

The series' inclusion of LGBT characters (a trans man helping Baymax choose tampons for a girl named Sofia in the third episode and Baymax helping a man named Mbita going on a date with another man named Yukio in the fourth) resulted in its exclusion (along with Lightyear) from Disney+ in Arab countries, in order to align itself with local regulatory requirements.[2][3] Homosexuality and transgender expression are widely frowned upon (and illegal in several, if not most countries) in the region.
