  • This dub has two theme songs:
    • From 1980 to 1988, "Candy Candy" was the first Italian theme song for the series, sung by Douglas Meakin from the band Rocking Horse.
    • From 1989 to 1997, the second theme song called "Dolce Candy" was made the main theme for the dub, it was sung by Cristina D'Avena.
