Carmen Sheila was an Brazilian actress, dubber and dubbing director. She started in 1963 at CineCastro and on the next year Joined at Herbert Richers. Sheila was best known for voicing Dee Dee in Dexter's Laboratory, Elmyra Duff in Tiny Toon Adventures, Mrs. Potato Head in the Toy Story franchise, Madame Foster in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Shenzi in The Lion King franchise and the recurrent voice of Estelle Harris, Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange and Kathy Najimy.
She was the maternal grandmother of the voice actor and journalist Carlos Eduardo Sangenetto.
Sheila died on May 16, 2024 at the age of 79 due to a stroke.
