Centauro Comunicaciones is a Colombian dubbing and subtitling company headquartered in Bogotá.
It has branches in Brazil and the United States.
History[]
Producciones Mundo Moderno was a film production company founded in 1975 by Gustavo Nieto Roa.[1]
The company was renamed Centauro Comunicaciones in 1977 and began its Spanish dubbing production.[1]
In total, since its first incursion, Centauro has more than 35 years of experience in the market and makes it a leader and great reference within the dubbing industry.[2]
In 2017, it opened a branch in Mexico City and the following year, it reached an agreement to obtain an employment contract with the ANDA (National Association of Actors). Due to different circumstances, at the end of 2020, the Mexican branch closed its doors although the company continued to make recordings in Mexico in collaboration with local studios.[2]
