Channel Umptee-3 is an American animated series by Columbia Tristar Television that aired on Kids' WB from 1997 to 1998. It was an educational cartoon aimed to teach its target audience about topics from music to words, often with a character breaking into a song that is in someway related to the topic discussed.
The series focuses on three animals: Ogden, an ostrich who came up with the concept of a television network that shows that "the world is a magical place", Sheldon, a snail who uses a unicycle to navigate easily, and Holey Moley, a voiceless mole who makes use of holes to go to a certain location or get out of predicaments easily, who run their own underground pirate television station. Attempting to shut down the channel was The Frumps, lead by Stickley Rickets, an elderly man who wanted to shut down the channel due to the three encouraging to look at boxes in a new way, which he sees as a threat to his business. However, despite their plans, they always fail to succeed.
