Descendants 3 is the Italian dub of the film of the same name. It premiered on Disney Channel in Italy on October 26, 2019. It is now available to stream on Disney+.

- All the songs are left undubbed from the original English version. This situation occurs for all international dubbings of the Disney Descendants franchise in some form.
- Iyuno Italy takes over as the dubbing studio for Italian installments of the franchise, replacing Royfilm.
- Every voice actor reprises their roles from previously dubbed Disney Descendants media.
- Ludovica Bebi (Evie) and Federico Bebi (Carlos) are siblings in real life.
- Emanuela Ionica continues to be the Italian dubbing voice for China Anne McClain, following the the dub of A.N.T Farm, the dub of How to Build a Better Boy, and even as Uma in the previous film and Freddie in Wicked World.
