Dima Nikolayevich Bilan (Russian: Ди́ма Никола́евич Била́н; born Viktor Nikolayevich Belan, Russian: Ви́ктор Никола́евич Бела́н, on 24 December 1981) is a Russian singer, songwriter and actor.
In 2006, he represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Athens, Greece with the song "Never Let You Go", eventually finishing in 2nd place. Two years later, he returned with the song "Believe", coming in first and giving Russia their first contest victory.
