- According to Ricardo Silva, Disney did not want to reach an economic agreement with the Mexican actors, so the film was sent to Venezuela to complete the dubbing, leaving the Mexican voices already dubbed.
- Some settings of the film were set in the Canaima National Park, in Venezuela, the country where part of the dubbing was done.
- Juan Guzmán was originally cast for Aladar before Juan Antonio Edwards took over.
