Doggy Day School (stylized as doggy day school) is a Canadian-Brazilian animated children's television series, created by Franny's Feet creator Cathy Moss. The series was developed by Mixer Films and Cité-Amérique, with its animation being produced at Lightstar Studios.
Doggy Day School is the home away from home for a lovable crew of dogs – Suki, Lili, Pedro, Koda and Lucas. The dogs play, learn about each other and the world around them, and get into — and out of — merry mischief.

Footnotes[]
- ↑ 1.0 1.1 Uncredited.
- ↑ The only episode Marques translated was "My First Day", after Fernando Salem originally wrote it for the Brazilian Portuguese dub.
- ↑ Despite the original language of Doggy Day School being English, Manon & Muguette Berthelet had originally written 9 episodes for the French dub. Lapierre is hired to translate the scripts into the show's original language for most of the Canadian market. The translated episodes are "Sports Day", "Magic Lamp", "Best in Show", "Patience Lucas!", "Dogs with Jobs", "The Misunderstanding", "A Heroic Rescue", "Little Lucas", and "A Cheater in the Pack".
Broadcast[]
Despite the original language of Doggy Day School being English, the series first premiered with a Brazilian Portuguese dub on Nickelodeon in Brazil on October 12, 2009.[1]
In Canada, the series aired on TVO and Knowledge Network.[2] Until 2022, the series was also airing on APTN[3] as a part of the APTN Kids programming block.
