Dora, a Exploradora is one of two European Portuguese dubs of Dora the Explorer. It is the second European Portuguese dub of the series. The dub first premiered on February 14, 2006 on 2: (later RTP2) in Portugal, as a part of the Zig Zag block. The dub would air on the channel until 2009. In Madeira, it was aired on RTP Madeira and, in Azores, it was aired on RTP Açores, another RTP-owned channel. The dub would later air on Nickelodeon in 2011.
The dub would premiere on TVI on November 17, 2012, airing as a part of the channel's newly launched Kid Kanal block. The dub was aired on the block until 2014, when it was shutdown. The dub would then air on the Portuguese feed of Canal Panda starting on November 2, 2015. On November 2, 2017, it would then premiere on Nick Jr..
