Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan is one of several English dubs of ドラゴンボールZ 燃えつきろ!!熱戦・烈戦・超激戦, licensed by Funimation. It was released in both edited and uncut forms on VHS, and also on DVD, featuring a soundtrack with songs from American rock bands, portions of the Faulconer Productions score for Dragon Ball Z and an original score done by Mark Menza. It was re-released on September 12, 2006, alongside Broly - Second Coming and Bio-Broly in a new DVD box set entitled "Broly Triple Threat". It was then remastered in 2007, with a new widescreen transfer from Video Post & Transfer, with viewers being given the option to switch between the Japanese language version and two versions of the English dub (one with the original music by Shunsuke Kikuchi and the other with music from the original American release).
