Notes[]
- This dub is based off the LATAM Spanish dub distributed by Cloverway, proven by the title cards they used and several names and terminologies that were brought into the Indonesian translated dialogue (e.g: Freezer, Dr. Maxi Gero, etc.)
- Several episodes were skipped (e.g: Episode 31 & 125). The reason behind this has never been clarified by Indosiar until this day.
- The VCD releases have the original OP (CHA-LA HEAD CHA-LA) & ED (Special Zenkai Power) of this series intact while on the TV airings, they were replaced by the previous series' OP cover, possibly because Indosiar wanted to avoid extra licensing fee for theme songs. Despite this, they still use the video footage from the 1st ED & the 3rd version of the 1st OP.
Censorship[]
- Scenes that are too gore/violent (e.g: the bloodbath scene after Piccolo shot Makankosappo towards Goku & Raditz) and contain nudity (e.g: naked Goku shot in Episode 14) were censored due to the Indonesian TV censorship law
Trivia[]
- Two Indonesian versions of the series' 1st OP (CHA-LA HEAD CHA-LA, retitled SHA-LA HEY SHA-LA) were released on audio cassettes in 1995. The TV-Size version was published by Boulevard Indonesia on their Kamen Rider Black RX album[1]. The extended version with slightly different arrangement was published by Virgo Ramayana Records on their "RX Robo vs Son Goku" album[2].
