Trivia[]

  • This dub is known for its unprofessionalism: the small number of actors and the bad lip-syncing. Despite this, the show was very popular in Serbia.
  • The dub started with English dub, Mew Mew Power, but it continued with its original Japanese dub, 東京ミュウミュウ, due to the popularity of the series in Serbia.
  • The first 17 episodes (except 7) and 27–30 were released on DVD.
  • Songs are left undubbed from the English and Japanese versions, respectively.
  • Due to them dubbing from both the English and Japanese versions, the ages of the Mew Mews were changed in this version:
Zoi: 13
Korina: 14
Bridžit: 14
Kiki: 11
Rene: 17

Errors[]

  • In the first opening titles for season 2, the Japanese version of the narration is left in while the Serbian dub plays on top of it, making it sound like a voiceover.
