Elin á Rógvi is a Faroese children's book author, singer, comedian, voice actress, and radio host on Kringvarp Føroya's children's radio broadcast. She was born in Tórshavn, in the Faroe Islands on March 3, 1976.
Her parents are Eyðun á Rógvi and Sunneva Dalsgaard. She has two brothers, professor of law and politician Kári á Rógvi (died 2015) and Heri á Rógvi.
