Fawlty Towers is a British sitcom that follows the misadventures of the cantankerous and neurotic hotel owner Basil Fawlty, his long-suffering wife Sybil, and the rest of the staff at the Fawlty Towers hotel. Set in Torquay, England, the series focuses on the chaos that ensues as Basil attempts to run the hotel while dealing with demanding guests, a slothful Spanish waiter named Manuel, and his own incompetence. Despite the constant misunderstandings and mishaps, the Fawltys and their staff do their best to provide a memorable experience for their guests, often with hilarious results.
