"Fright Fall" is a song from the Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City episode of the same name, in which Strawberry Shortcake and friends encourage Peach Trifle to turn her lifeless party into one filled with "costumes and cheap scares".
The song was written and composed by Daniel Ingram, who also worked on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
