Gli orsetti del cuore is the Italian dub of Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-lot. The dub began airing on Boomerang in Italy on September 6, 2010, using the original intro of the series. Later, the dub premiered on Italia 1 on January 15, 2011, using the title Care Bears - Le avventure degli orsetti del cuore and a different theme song, titled Le avventure degli orsetti. The dub also aired on Cartoonito using the same title and theme song as Italia 1.

- This dub uses the original theme song when aired on Boomerang, though when aired on Italia 1, the dub was given its own theme song that is entirely different from the original, like many cartoons that are broadcast on the channel.
- The original theme song was also dubbed in the film Oopsy Does It!, though it is unclear if the Boomerang broadcasts featured the same intro as used in the film.
- Graziella Porta and Elisabetta Spinelli reprise their roles as Cheer and Share respectively, but Funshine (voiced by Renato Novara in Oopsy Does It!), Grumpy (voiced by Mario Scarabelli in Oopsy Does It!), Oopsy (voiced by Stefano Lotti in Oopsy Does It!) and Grizzle (voiced by Marco Balzarotti in Oopsy Does It!) did not return.
- In addition, every actor reprised their roles from the dub of the 80's series, with the exceptions of Share (voiced by Deborah Morese), Wish (voiced by Debora Magnaghi) and Love-a-Lot (voiced by Jenny De Cesarei).
