Héctor Lee Vargas is a Mexican actor, dubbing director, and announcer with a career spanning over 40 years.

He is widely recognized for his exceptional contributions as a Spanish voice actor, bringing life to numerous iconic characters. Lee has notably lent his voice to the title character in the classic film E.T.: The Extraterrestrial, Gonzo and Animal in various titles of The Muppets franchise, Iago in Aladdin, Gobber the Belch in How to Train Your Dragon, Mr. Smee in Jake and the Pirates of Neverland, Kaiosama in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods, and Doraemon in early Mexican dubs of the anime, among others.
