Happy Ness: The Secret of the Loch is a British-French animated series. Despite being of UK origin, the only claims of airings of the original English version are from the United States, where it supposedly aired there through syndication. VHS releases were also reported to exist in the US, though these have been proven to have happened as shown on this page.
